What counts
What each limit measures
Every number in the table is enforced the same way for every organisation.
Machines
Paired machines that are not disconnected. A machine that is offline still counts; disconnecting it frees the place.
People
People in the organisation, with the invitations that are still open (they are valid seven days).
Hosted webhook URLs
Hosted webhook URLs that are turned on. A URL that is off costs nothing.
Hosted deliveries a month
Deliveries accepted at hosted URLs in a calendar month, counted in UTC. Deliveries straight to a machine never count.
Webhook bodies kept (days)
How long webhook bodies are kept, and only while the organisation keeps them at all: Settings, keep webhook bodies.
Notification channels
Slack, webhook and email targets for alerts, together.
Organisation API keys
Organisation API keys that are not revoked.
API requests a minute per key
Requests a minute per key, on the REST API and the hosted MCP server together. Over it: 429 with Retry-After.
